The Jizera Mountains, the westernmost range of the Sudeten Mountains, belong to the least known and the most mysterious mountains in Poland. It lies on the Polish-Czech border and on the Polish side consists of two mountain ridges: Kamienicki and Wysoki (High). Between them runs a beautifully landscaped road connecting Świeradów-Zdrój with Szklarska Poręba, ending with the famous “turn of death”.
