INTERIORS AND EQUIPMENT

During the LOW season (spring, autumn):

  • We rent the entire House on the Fringe to our guests.
  • We can rent individual rooms to our Regular Guests.
  • The minimum length of stay is 3 days (3 nights).
  • Guests finishing their stay are asked to leave the house before 10:00 am, and following guests are welcome to arrive from 16:00.
    Other times of departure and arrival of guests are possible in agreement with the hosts.

During the HIGH season:

  • We only rent the entire House on the Fringe to our guests, we do not rent individual rooms.
  • The minimum length of stay is 3 days (3 nights).
  • Guests finishing their stay are asked to leave the house before 10:00 am, and following guests are welcome to arrive from 16:00.

Moreover, during EASTER and during the SUMMER:

  • We invite you to stay for a week (starting on Saturday) or a multiple of this period.
  • Guests finishing their stay are asked to leave the house on Saturday before 10:00 am, and following guests are welcome to arrive on Saturday from 16:00.

We have prepared 6 comfortable beds for guests, another two can be obtained in the apartment (fold-out couch).

House on the Fringe can accommodate up to 8 people including children.

Bearing in mind the comfort of guests, we do not provide the so-called extra beds.

On the ground floor, there are:

  • Large (40 m2) living room with a kitchen, a dining area, digital TV and a direct entrance to the grassy terrace “under the plum and nut” facing the south
  • A shared bathroom with shower (curtain), washbasin and toilet
  • A library “for young and old” and a table football table

On the 1st floor, guests have at their disposal:

  • West double room (20 m2, double bed), bathroom
  • North-east double room (16 m2, two single beds), hall, bathroom
  • 2-room apartment suite (32 m2), for 2-4 people (a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa in the large room), hall, kitchen, bathroom

Additional information

The house is equipped with broadband internet (WiFi and RJ-45 sockets).

A washing machine is also available.

Each of the rooms is equipped with a digital terrestrial TV, in addition the TV in the living room is connected to the Internet.

In our House on the Fringe we have ski storage space and a professional ski boot dryer, for your convenience.

In the guest house there are two fully equipped kitchens, for our guests’ exclusive use. At individual request we can offer our guests ecological food products from local farmers (eggs, white cheese, honey). Daily delivery of fresh bread from the local bakery is also possible.

Every kitchen is equipped with:

  • Gas stove with 5 burners (the one on the 1st floor has 4 burners)
  • Electric oven (ground floor only)
  • Sink
  • Fridge
  • Dishwasher
  • Electric kettle
  • Coffee machine
  • Microwave oven
  • Kitchenware and cutlery

Every bathroom on the 1ST floor is equipped with:

  • Shower (cabin)
  • Washbasin with shelves and mirror
  • Toilet

AVAILABLE TO THE GUESTS AT HOUSE ON THE FRINGE

  • Recreational roofed shed with barbecue and smokehouse
  • Grass terrace “under the plum and nut” on the south side, with direct access from the living room, shaded by old trees
  • Garden pool
  • Children’s equipment such as trampoline, swing, sandpit, etc.
  • Pétanque court (boule)
  • Bench/swing by the vegetable garden
  • Hammocks
  • Granite focal circle – a safe place for a fire
  • Volleyball / badminton pitch
  • Four bicycles
  • Guests can move around the entire farm, use paths and stone benches

Living with us are three dogs, which, while absolutely friendly, form a pack already.

That is why we ask you not to bring your own dogs with you, for your own comfort and safety of your animals.
