The Jizera Foothills are beautiful landscapes and unspoiled nature, available literally at your fingertips for walkers, cyclists and motorists.

The Jizera Mountains, the westernmost range of the Sudeten Mountains, belong to the least known and the most mysterious mountains in Poland. It lies on the Polish-Czech border and on the Polish side consists of two mountain ridges: Kamienicki and Wysoki (High).

The Jizera Foothills is also the area of wonderful historic monuments of sacred and secular architecture – churches, monasteries, palaces surrounded by gardens and parks.
