RULES

Dear Guests, will be grateful for your cooperation in complying with these regulations, which are intended to ensure the convenience and security of your stay.

1. During the high season (holidays, winter and summer vacations):
   1. We only rent the entire House on the Fringe to our Guests, we do not rent individual rooms.
   2. The minimum length of stay is 3 days (3 nights).
   3. Guests finishing their stay are asked to leave the house before 10:00 am, and following Guests are welcome to arrive from 16:00.

      Moreover, during EASTER and during the SUMMER:

       

   4. We invite you to stay for a week (starting on Saturday) or a multiple of this period.
   5. Guests finishing their stay are asked to leave the house on Saturday before 10:00 am, and following Guests are welcome to arrive on Saturday from 16:00.

2. During the LOW season (spring, autumn):
   1. We rent the entire House on the Fringe to our Guests.
   2. We can rent individual rooms to our Regular Guests.
   3. The minimum length of stay is 3 days (3 nights).
   4. Guests finishing their stay are asked to leave the house before 10:00 am, and following Guests are welcome to arrive from 16:00.
      Other times of departure and arrival of Guests are possible in agreement with the hosts

3. House on the Fringe can comfortably accommodate 6 people, another two beds can be obtained in the apartment suite (fold-out sofa).
   The house can accommodate up to 8 people including children.
   Bearing in mind the comfort of our guests, we do not provide extra beds.
4. We ask our Guests to take care of the keys to the rooms and home – when ending your stay at the House on the Fringe, please leave these keys in the door.
5. Guests organize self–catering. There are two fully equipped kitchens in the house, for your exclusive use. We have also prepared a list of bars, restaurants and confectioneries in the immediate area for your convenience.
6. Apart from 5 horses, living with us are three dogs, which, while absolutely friendly, form a pack already. That is why we ask our Guests not to bring your own dogs with you, for your own comfort and safety of your animals.
7. Guests can move freely around the entire farm, use paths and stone benches. However, entrance to the stable and staying in the pasture among horses – for safety reasons – is possible only after agreement with the Hosts and with the assistance.
8. Bearing in mind the wellness and preservation of the natural environment, please:
   1. do not throw any objects into the toilets other than toilet paper;
   2. use containers and sort waste according to separate instructions and descriptions on the containers;
   3. let the Hosts know every time you are disposing of liquid food leftovers (mainly related to fats)
   4. do not use cleaning appliances in kitchens and bathrooms, etc. other than those provided by the h
9. Guests are required to check–in with the Hosts immediately upon arrival. The check–in is made on the basis of a document with a photograph, by an entry in the Guests Register kept by the H The Guest Register is not shared by the Hosts with unauthorized persons.
10. The payment for the stay at House on the Fringe, in accordance with the Price List, should be made before the beginning of the stay. Pre–payment to the bank account of the Host is required, subject to the following rules:
    1. If the Guests make a reservation more than 30 days before the date of arrival – they should pay 20% of the price when booking.
    2. If the reservation is made later than 30 days before arrival – the payment should be 100% of the price
11. The Hosts do not refund the price if the stay of the Guests did not take place or was shortened due to reasons other than those on the side of the Hosts, except for confirmed special random cases.
12. The Hosts may refuse to accept a Guest,who during his or her previous stay grossly violated the House on the Fringe regulations, causing damage to the property of the House or Guest, or damage to a person involving Guests, employees, Hosts or other persons, or otherwise disturbed the peace of the household.
13. In the House on the Fringe, quiet hoursare from 22.00 to 8.00. During the quiet hours please limit noise (phone calls, tv, etc.) so that others are not
14. Persons not registered for a holiday stay in the House on the Fringe can stay there from 8.00 to 22.00, Outside these hours it is only permitted with the knowledge and consent of the Hosts.
15. Due to the requirements of fire protection and general safety, in the House on the Fringe it is not permitted to use radiators, heaters, kettles, irons and other electrical devices that do not constitute a permanent room or House equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for computer and mobile devices. It is also not allowed to use any open fire in the house.
16. Due to the comfort and safety of our guests, the entire House on the Fringe is a strictly non-smoking area, including electronic cigarettes.
17. The Hosts are not liable for any damage or loss of money, valuables, jewelry, other valuable things, objects of scientific or artistic value, being the property of the Guests. Guests should notify the Hosts about such damage immediately after its finding.
18. The Hosts are not responsible for any damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest or the property they contain. The House on the Fringe parking is free and unguarded, it is located in a fenced area.
19. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of property, equipment and technical devices on the farm resulting from his or her actionsor actions of people visiting him/her. The Guest should notify the Hosts about such damage immediately.
20. In the case of violation of the provisions of the regulations, the Hosts have the right to refuse to continue providing services to the person who violated them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the Hosts, in particular to pay for damage and destruction, and to leave the farm immediately.
21. Any personal belongings forgotten and left in the House on the Fringe by the Guest who had already left will be sent back to the address indicated by the Guest,at his or her expense. In the absence of such an instruction, the Hosts will store the items for three months and then hand them over for charitable purposes or for public use.
22. The House on the Fringe provides accommodation services in accordance with the “agritourism” category. We ask Guests to report to the Hosts any comments or concerns regarding the quality of these services.
23. In the living room on the ground floor of the House on the Fringe there is a Guest Book – Hosts encourage Guests to voluntarily post entries of any content, for other Guests to see.
24. The network password for free WiFi in the House on the Fringe (all networks) is available from the Hosts.

The House on the Fringe regulations are made public by posting on the website https://domnaskraju.eu and in the form of written information in the living room on the ground floor of the House.

These Regulations shall apply from 1 July 2018, updated 1 December 2020.
